ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 1, 2008) Flight deck personnel tie down an E-2C Hawkeye assigned to the "Bear Aces" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 124 to the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
